Where we ship

We ship to the United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories yet. We don't ship outside the US.

How it ships

TIND doesn't run a warehouse. Most items ship straight from the makers and suppliers we work with, from different places around the country. Some come from small makers here in the Pacific Northwest.

So:

Your order may come in more than one box, on different days, from different places.
You may get more than one tracking number. We'll email each one as it ships.
Shipping is only charged once per order at checkout, as shown below. You won't be charged again for extra boxes.

When it ships

Most items ship within 2-5 business days.
Small-batch and maker items can take up to 10 business days. The product page will say so.
Oversize items ship within 5-10 business days.
Made-to-order items ship on the timeline listed on the product page.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. After it ships, ground delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not promises.

Oversize and overland items

Water tanks, racks, roof racks and other big items ship on their own rate, shown on the product page and at checkout.

Oversize items aren't included in free shipping.
Oversize items ship to the lower 48 only. In Alaska or Hawaii? Email us for a quote.
Some ship by truck freight. The carrier will contact you to set up delivery. Someone may need to be there to sign, and curbside delivery is standard.
Check the box for damage before you sign. If it looks rough, note it on the delivery receipt and send us photos.

If your cart has oversize and regular items, you'll see both shipping charges added together at checkout.

Restricted items

Some items, like fuel canisters, bear spray and large lithium batteries, can only ship by ground. They can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. Knives and blades follow the rules where you live. Checking those is up to you.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order ships, we may not be able to change it. If a package comes back because of a wrong address, we'll work it out with you, but the cost to reship is on you.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking stops moving for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at hello@tindgear.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and the shipper to sort it out.

Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check with neighbors and around the property, then email us within 7 days and we'll help.
